TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS

The full fee must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the party date. Payment can be made by cash, EFT, or credit card (credit card incurs a 2% fee) as outlined on your invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations received 14 days prior to the workshop date will not incur a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received between 13 and 7 days prior to the workshop date you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee.
  • If the workshop is cancelled within a week of the workshop date, 100% of booking fee will be forfeited.

CLEANING

A $55 (inc GST) cleaning fee will be charged if the training centre is not left in the condition it was hired in.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol is not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

SET UP AND PACK DOWN

Please be aware that extra costs may be incurred if you exceed the 15 minute set up / pack down period due to staff being required to supervise.

SAFETY

This is an outdoor activity and workshops may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather (high winds, rain, lightning etc). In the event a birthday party is cancelled we will call to advise of the cancellation and to arrange for an alternative date. It will be the birthday party hosts (your) responsibility to notify party participants of the cancellation.
