About Adults Intro to Mixed Aerials
Want to learn how to fly? No experience required!
Take to the skies in this 10 week introductory aerials course for anyone aged 18+. Every week you’ll learn and practice new aerial tricks on a variety of apparatus. Strength and conditioning work is included to build the muscles necessary to perform incredible aerials acts. This class is fun, thrilling and great for overall fitness, strength and wellbeing.
