It’s never too late to join the circus!
Under the guidance of professional circus trainers, the class starts with warm-ups, stretches and group activities, moving on to strength and conditioning work with circus apparatus that will get your heart pumping. All while working on a variety of circus skills including tumbling, juggling and more! All circus activities are scalable to suit individual fitness levels and goals.
New students in selected classes must purchase an equipment pack for use in class and for practice at home.
