2024 finished with creative developments with Performance Troupe collaborating with Counterpilot, Chimera Arts and Trix Circus to develop two new pop-up performances as part of our Connect Project.

The four-day Waterways Circus Camp gave young First Nations people an opportunity to learn new circus skills and perform for friends and family. See below for more on our Waterways project and it’s fantastic progress.

2024 was a massive year for Flipside. With the support of our community we delivered loads of programs. Here’s how it went:

• We delivered 2,104 workshops for 23,381 participants across QLD
• Our touring teams spent 113 days on the road delivering 119 programs to 3,860 kids in regional and remote QLD
• Hired 35 trucks to transport equipment as we hopped temporary venues, visited schools/OSCHs, bumped performances, and travelled across regional QLD
• The community/social circus program ran 147 accessible workshops for 1207 participants
