Enrolments in Flipside Circus classes can be completed online, over the phone, or in person.
To enrol participants must create an account in Flipside’s enrolment system and sign an electronic waiver. For children, a parent/guardian must create an account to manage their child’s enrolment.
Participants can enrol at any time (subject to availability), if you start your class after week 2, you will be charged pro-rata for the remainder of that term plus $10 administration fee.
ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The area you will use to do our online classes should be appropriate to the skills being practiced.
- If there is a skill in one of the classes that is not familiar to you and outside of your ability please skip that activity or subsidise it with something similar that you can safely achieve. (eg If you would normally require spotting for a skill please do not do this skill by yourself. If you are in a live session and the trainer has not offered an alternate skill that suits your ability please put your hand up and ask.)
- Anyone under 18 should have parental permission to do these classes and do so under parental supervision.
- Flipside Circus is not responsible for your space or your safety when taking on these classes.
FEES
Flipside Circus is a not-for-profit organisation, we require participants to pay in advance or in instalments during the term.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit card online or over the phone. Please note we do not accept American Express; if you arrange on instalments you will be required to provide your credit card information which will be kept on file and instalments deducted automatically.
Eftpos on-line or over the phone.
Cash in person at Flipside Circus.
FAILED TRANSACTIONS
A $5 fee applies for failed credit card transactions.
MISSED CLASSES
Flipside Circus enrolments are for a fixed term (or portion thereof) the organisation does not offer refunds on missed classes, however make up classes are available.
LATE CANCELLATIONS AND MAKE-UP CLASSES
Participants are allocated 2 make-up sessions per term; these make-up sessions do not carry over to the next term. Make up classes expire 2 weeks after the missed class date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class please provide 6 hours’ notice so that Flipside Circus can notify trainers and allocate staff. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be forfeit with no refunds or make up.

BOOKING A MAKE-UP CLASS
Make up classes must be booked within 2 weeks of the missed lesson (within the same term). While every effort will be made to accommodate requests please note make up classes are subject to availability and Flipside Circus is under no obligation to provide alternate lessons, extra classes, or discounts.
It is the responsibility of the participant to book make up class within the time frame and ask the Flipside Circus staff about the best class to attend.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Flipside Circus reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop/class at any time. In the event a class is cancelled by Flipside Circus due to insufficient registration, or trainer unavailability, a make-up lesson will be arranged and credits may be available.
REFUNDS/CREDITS
In the event of injury/severe illness or extenuating circumstances, Flipside Circus may offer refunds or credits. For more information please call 3352 7233 or email info@flipsidecircus.org.au
TRANSFERRING
Sometimes participants wish to swap from one class to another. If you wish to transfer classes please contact Flipside Circus to make the necessary arrangements. Please note some classes have specific criteria and minimum requirements.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance is taken each class; please ensure you sign-in at the front desk each visit. Consistency is key to developing skills – when students commit to a class they are also committing to other students, especially when working toward performances.
