Open Training
TRAIN, SHARE, CONNECTFlipside provides subsidised venue hire for Flipside staff, graduates and circus professionals. The Brisbane Circus Centre is Queensland's only purpose-built circus training facility and provides a welcoming space for circus artists to train, create and connect.

STANDARD SCHEDULE
Monday – 9:30am to 2:30pm
Tuesday – 9:30am to 2:30pm
Wednesday – 9:30am to 3:00pm
Thursday – 9:30am to 2:00pm
Friday – 11:30am to 2:30pm

Bookings must be made the day before training. To book on the day contact Flipside directly on (07) 3352 7233 to confirm there is space.

REQUIREMENTS
To book an Open Training Venue Hire you must:
- Accept the venue hire terms and conditions;
- Carry all relevant insurances; and
- Provide a copy of your public liability insurance to Flipside Circus (Flipside Circus staff members do not need to provide public liability insurance). Please send a copy of your certificate of currency to info@flipsidecircus.org.au prior to your first Open Training Venue Hire.
Please note: in order to access Flipside Circus' rigging equipment or aerial apparatus, you will need to complete an induction. Induction sessions are run semi-frequently as required. Fees may be applicable for an aerial induction.
A copy of documentation/certification is required if using your own aerial apparatus.
Aerial points are subject to availability. If you are not currently inducted and require an aerial point, please contact Flipside circus at least 24 hours in advance.
