Flipside provides a safe training space for Flipside’s students, staff, graduates, and circus professionals. It’s a welcoming space to connect with other circus artists.

SCHEDULE

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 9:30am to 2:30pm
Wednesday, Friday – 12:00pm to 2:30pm

Bookings must be made prior to the training day. To book on the day please contact Flipside directly on (07) 3352 7122.

FEES

Single visit – $15
10 visit pass – $80

REQUIREMENTS

To ensure a safe training environment open training is limited to people who satisfy the following criteria:

Flipside graduates
Flipside staff and trainers
Adult Flipside students
Circus practitioners with competency to train safely

Individuals and groups wishing to utilize the facilities must adhere to the conditions of use outlined in Flipside’s Open Training procedure. It is a requirement that your public liability insurance certificate of currency be submitted to info@flipsidecircus.org.au prior to training.

AERIAL INDUCTIONS

In order to rig your own aerial apparatus or Flipside’s aerial apparatus, you will need to complete an induction. Induction sessions are run semi-frequently as required. Aerial points are subject to availability. If you are not currently inducted and require an aerial point please contact Flipside at least 24 hours ahead of time to secure your spot.
